PRICE

If delays, backorders or out-of-stock items arise, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do about it - for example, refund you or help you find a comparable product elsewhere.


PAYMENTS

FRESQ SMILE accepts payments with VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. The payment will only be debited from your account once the product has been shipped. All prices are in ISK (Icelandic króna) and include VAT.


DELIVERY

FRESQ SMILE strives to process orders within 24 hours of being placed. We ship to all of Iceland. Shipping to PO boxes is free. Home delivery costs 690 ISK.

Note: If there are no spaces at the drop-off location, your package will be moved to the next drop-off location, and you will be notified. If there are any issues, please contact customer service. Shipments are made every business day of the week, and items will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering. Longer delivery times may occur during peak times.


RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

A two-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with consumer law. The right of complaint covers defects in materials and/or workmanship. You can have the product repaired, replaced, get a refund or a discount on the price, depending on the circumstances.

The right to complain does not apply to defects or damage resulting from incorrect handling of the product. You must complain "within a reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be considered justified.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund you the (reasonable) shipping costs. The products must always be returned in secure packaging. Remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs. Contact us before sending the product back to simplify the process.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

We value our customers and want to make sure you have a great experience with us. That's why we stand by all of our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! This means you can try our products risk-free to see if they're right for you.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, regardless of your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return process. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are sorry we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

You are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you track your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive a returned shipment.
